Four things to check before you travel

Download and sign in
Install Heyo from the official store and sign in before your trip. Current trial allowances, membership status and prices are displayed in the app and store.
Check your microphone and audio
Allow microphone access in your phone settings. After connecting headphones, test a short sentence and playback. Audio behavior can vary across headphones and operating systems.
Prepare for your connection
Cloud translation requires internet access. Download supported resources for local mode in advance and check language and device availability in the app.
Keep key information in writing
Keep a separate copy of hotel names, addresses, reservations and emergency contacts. Automated translation is helpful, but it is not guaranteed to be accurate in every situation.
